Implant Restoration

Do you have several missing teeth that you want replaced but are unsure of your options? Are you searching for a tooth replacement option that will give you natural-looking teeth in place of your missing teeth?

Dental implants are among the most significant advancements in the history of dentistry for their versatility at replacing one tooth, several teeth—even all of the teeth.

Implants are a viable treatment option for most patients, whether one tooth, several teeth, or all the teeth have been lost, or will be lost due to a "hopeless prognosis"

Dental implants pose as the tooth’s root, and when a crown is put on top, creates a new tooth that works, looks, and feels like a regular tooth. As an artificial tooth, a dental implant produces long-lasting, great results.  Dental implants are an amazing alternative to bridges, dentures, and partials with a high success rate!

Dr. Neely works closely with Oral Surgeons and Periodontists that place the implant.

Then, a process called osseointegration transpires when the bone bonds (fuses) with the titanium. This process results in the bone growing tightly around the post, which makes for a durable foundation for dental implants.

After about 12-16 weeks usually, Dr. Neely will make an impression that will be used to customize the abutment and make a crown to top the implant.  If needed, an implant-secured denture, partial, or bridge will be placed to ensure maximum functionality for your daily living.

Dr. Neely recommends dental implants to:

  • Support a loose-fitting denture for more security and comfortability
  • Replace one or several teeth (without involving the surrounding teeth). This constitutes a more conservative approach to missing tooth replacement
  • Provide a practical, successful alternative to partial dentures
  • Support individual (or multiple) teeth or a bridge
